Order Administrator for E-commerce Company

iPiccolo AB is expanding, characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously growing through both organic growth and acquisitions. The headquarters and distribution center for the entire European market is centrally located in Uppsala.

The Role

As an order administrator, you will primarily work with order management, invoicing, and daily shipping documents for all our various carriers.

The systems we work with the most are Visma Business, Hybris, and Nshift.

Your focus will be on providing first-class service and processing orders on time so that we can ship out all possible orders according to our daily delivery promise.

The role also includes occasionally assisting in other departments.

We have open picking and packing operations even in the evenings and on Sundays, so work will also occur during these times.

Qualifications

The role suits you if you enjoy juggling multiple tasks. It is advantageous if you have experience in order administration/production and if you have previously worked with Visma Business or Hybris.

The position is a full-time temporary contract at iPiccolo's headquarters in Uppsala.
